3. Recovered Golf Balls

Many golf balls sold by Lost & Found Golf Co. have been previously played, recovered, cleaned, sorted, and graded.

Because recovered golf balls are not new products, individual balls may vary in appearance and may contain characteristics such as:

• Player markings

• Corporate or event logos

• Minor discoloration

• Cosmetic wear

• Surface marks

• Minor scuffs

• Printed alignment marks

• Differences in model year or design

• Other characteristics consistent with the advertised grade

These differences are part of the nature of recovered golf balls and are not considered defects when they fall within the product's advertised grading standards.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and grading information before purchasing.

4. Brand Names and Trademarks

Lost & Found Golf Co. may sell recovered golf balls originally manufactured by third-party brands.

References to third-party manufacturers, product names, trademarks, logos, or models are used to identify the original golf ball or product.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Lost & Found Golf Co. is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or authorized by those third-party manufacturers.

All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Pricing

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, product availability, bundles, discounts, and other offers at any time without prior notice.

The price charged for an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Taxes and shipping charges may be added at checkout where applicable.

We do not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped according to our current Shipping Policy and the shipping options presented at checkout.

Estimated delivery dates and transit times are estimates only and are not guarantees.

Shipping delays may occur because of circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect delivery information, or other events.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Final Sale Products

Purchases are subject to our current Return & Refund Policy.

Golf ball sales are final unless an order qualifies for our Order Accuracy & Condition Guarantee.

We do not accept golf ball returns or exchanges for change of mind, brand preference, cosmetic characteristics that fall within the advertised grade, or products that have been played, tested, altered, or otherwise used after delivery.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or materially inconsistent with the advertised grade or product description, customers should contact us within the timeframe stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved remedies may include replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

11. Apparel and Merchandise

Sizing, fit, color, and appearance of apparel may vary slightly between manufacturers, production runs, displays, and devices.

Customers are responsible for reviewing available sizing information before ordering.

Eligibility for returns or exchanges of apparel and other merchandise is governed by our Return & Refund Policy and any product-specific terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Custom, personalized, clearance, closeout, or otherwise designated final-sale products may not be eligible for return or exchange.
